September Workshop- "Balance and Boundaries: Honoring Your Energy"


Join us for the very first public gathering in the Sisterhood Journeys workshop series- a heart- led space designed to support restoration, reflection and meaningful connection.


Focused Intention:

To honor your personal energy by creating gentle, firm boundaries that support your peace, presence and purpose.


What to Anticipate:

This gathering will include a grounding exercise to open and a heart-led meditation to close. You can also expect journaling prompts and boundary setting activities- all designed to meet you where you are. While the core elements will be rooted in intention and connection, activities may be modified to best support the group's needs.
